When you get in touch with C&A Window systems, the first step is to visit our showroom. Here you can see our product range, and a member of our team is available to answer all your questions.
Available to view is our range of bifolding and sliding doors, aluminium windows, residential doors and a range of accessories and colour charts, letting you personalise your new windows and doors.
Quotation and Survey
Our quotations are professionally created and detailed, with full product specifications, payment terms and other information relating to your particular project.
Should you decide to proceed with C & A Window Systems, we will arrange a full survey of the property. This is irrespective of whether it’s existing openings for replacement windows or a newly built home or structural opening. Carrying out the survey also ensures we work with your builder or architect, which is essential for agreeing on features such as low or flush thresholds, tracks, or any specific design requirements. The survey also allows us to finalise other details, such as patterned glass in bathrooms, window handle colours and other important factors, before we start manufacturing your new windows and doors.
Once you are happy with all the information relating to your order, we ask you sign the survey, which allows us to commence manufacturing.
Making your stylish new windows and doors

Manufacturing our own products means we better control the supply chain and the timescale required. Our factory has fully trained staff and uses the latest manufacturing methods and processes, ensuring right-first-time windows and doors with excellent fit, finish and build quality.
The lead times depend on the products you require, the colour of the aluminium profiles and the overall specification. We will keep you updated during the manufacturing period on the status of your order. Once your new windows and doors are ready, we will contact you to agree on an installation date.
Fitting your new glazing
Depending on whether we are replacing your old windows or doors or fitting into a new opening, we will agree on our installation date and any other details. We may need you to ensure our installers have a clear working area, especially when working inside your home. We use our own transport and our own delivery staff. Our products leave our factory and come straight to your home.
Your new windows and doors leave our factory protected and wrapped and are handled with care. The installation of aluminium is a precise process, and our installers have the skills to handle your new windows and doors, especially with larger bifolding and sliding doors, using bigger glass panels. Here we use the necessary handling equipment, and our installers are trained in safe working practices.
Completion and handover
Once your installation is complete, we will go through the installation with you. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure you are happy with our work.
Our installers will explain the operation of your windows and doors, and answer any questions you might have.
Your Guarantee and Aftercare
Upon payment of your final balance, we will provide you with your guarantee and CERTASS paperwork and are, of course, on hand to answer any questions you may have.
