Sales Executive
Due to continued expansion, we have a vacancy for an External Sales Executive to join our team and assist in the development and growth of our business. C&A Window Systems provide its range of high-end or mid-range products to the trade market, such as retail installers, trade counters or construction professionals.
Job Description
- Seek and cultivate new clients promoting the products and services of the company.
- Visit customers and cultivate, follow up enquiries
- Provide product and specification support
- Looking after the existing customer base and being a point of contact.
- Promote our range of aluminium systems to suitable trade accounts, architects, developers and other construction professionals.
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
A full and valid driving license. Have a good understanding of negotiation and margin/mark up. Experience within the glazing industry highly valued.Well-presented individual with motivation, confidence and enthusiasm. Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure

Order Processor
We are recruiting for an Order Processor to join our team based in our offices in Colchester processing a variety of trade orders.
Job Description
- Checking the customer orders and raising any customer queries as appropriate with the client.
- Entering customer orders onto a dedicated production software system for issuing to the factory.
- Checking the information on the orders to ensure compatibility with the aluminium system or product required and advising of any cost or material variations.
- Liaison with other departments ensuring timely issuing of orders to production.
You’ll ideally have experience with aluminium or PVCu glazing systems and suitable window industry software, although experience in Logical Business Micros would be an advantage. Experience in understanding customer surveys, drawings or plans including section drawings is also beneficial. The ability to prioritise orders based on material lead times or production times. Above all an eye for detail, accuracy and correct data input ensuring correct production orders are issued.

Aluminium Fabricators and Production Operatives
C&A Window Systems Ltd have vacancies within our production area for aluminium fabricators and general production operatives in the manufacture of aluminium windows, doors and commercial systems.
Job Description:
- Experience preferred but not essential in the fabrication of aluminium windows and doors.
- Knowledge of working with Reynaers, Senior Architectural or Alutech systems an advantage.
- Ensuring daily production schedules and customer lead times are met.
- Full training will be provided.
A full-time role in our window factory, manufacturing our range of windows and doors. You’ll ideally be flexible in the various roles involved in fabricating aluminium frames such as assembly, fitting of hardware, bead installation etc. An understanding of factory aluminium profiles and related accessories. A varied role within our friendly factory team, all focused on manufacturing the highest quality products for our customers and ensuring we deliver on time.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate with overtime available and with paid holiday.
