Our door and window guarantees naturally vary, depending on the client type, whether they are installed in a dwelling or commercial building and when provided on a trade supply-only basis.
Door and windows guarantees for homeowners
For our full retail supply and installation service to our homeowner clients, our products come with a ten-year guarantee on the products. Exceptions to this can include some products like our integral blinds, where the manufacturer stipulates the guarantee. Your installation is also covered by CERTASS certification with an insurance-backed guarantee.
Glazing guarantees for commercial installations
Our supply and installation service for our contractor clients includes specific guarantees depending on the product type and the intended building use. For commercial contracts, hardware, surface finishes, glass, and products can each carry their specific warranty, for instance, doors and windows in marine or coastal locations. Trade Supply Only Guarantees
Our trade customers installing our products benefit from a comprehensive product and manufacturing guarantee, providing peace of mind for their end-user customers. The product guarantee covers the powder-coated surface finish, our own warranty on our manufacturing quality and any associated hardware and components required to make your windows and doors. Importantly, our supply-only windows and doors are not installed by us, and we have no control over the installation quality of third-party installers. The installer would usually be the first point of contact.

We are proud of the quality of our products and warranties. Our homeowner, commercial or trade clients have peace of mind because we make our own products in our factory and do not use third-party manufacturers or installers.
Glass, the powder-coated finish, handles, locks, gaskets, and accessories naturally do come from specialist manufacturers, and often these provide their own terms and guarantee period on their products. Full details are available upon request.
Our door and window guarantee also depends on the specification required, such as enhanced security, special access control requirements or individual guarantees, over and above what is provided by us. For example, some manufacturers of key locking cylinders provide their own warranty, applicable once the end-user clients register the product with that company.
